"This was literally my very FIRST insurance company id ever had. Ive known Tim for atleast 14 years now. At the end of the day, I always come back. Ive dealt with numerous insurance companies & this one ALWAYS seems to care the absolute most. Like, actually care. This company isn't money hungry like all the rest. "I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I contacted this insurance company twice over the past two months to have a vehicle removed from my policy after it was sold. Each time, I was under the impression that the request would be handled, yet the policy was never updated, and I continued to be charged for coverage I no longer needed.

When I called a third time, I was told they could not backdate the removal without proof of the sale. While I understand that documentation may be required, this was never mentioned during either of my previous calls. Had I been informed from the beginning, I would have provided the necessary paperwork immediately and avoided paying for two extra months of coverage.

The lack of communication and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating and has cost me money unnecessarily. I expected better customer service and clearer guidance. I hope the company improves its communication so other customers don't have the same experience."
